Karrueche Tran‘s sit-down interview with Iyanla Vanzant is set to air tonight at 9pm on OWN. In preparation for the highly anticipated interview, where Tran discusses her toxic relationship with singer Chris Brown, the socialite turn model shared a message with her fans and even her foes who’ve criticized her for continuing to stay in the troubled relationship for the past five years.
Upon sharing the above image Tran writes, “This evening the interview with Iyanla Vanzant and I will air. This is about recognizing my mistakes and learning from them. I own up to all the poor choices I have made and pray for the better. I pray everyday to God to strengthen me as a human and a young woman. I only ask that you at least understand me, whether you continue to like me or hate me. At the end of the day, we all have not been at our best at times so please learn from me and never forget to love yourself.”
Tran and Brown’s troubled on-off relationship came to a sudden, and perhaps permanent, halt when she discovered he was the potential father of a 9 month old baby girl, Royalty, a few weeks ago.
Brown, whose daughter and daughter’s mother, Nia Guzman, were spotted boarding his tour bus in Houston where they reside, have yet to officially confirm whether he is or isn’t the baby girl’s father.
