Kelis decided to do the opposite of what most celebs do and actually respond to an Instagram comment from a fan. After posting the above picture of herself on Instagram, a fan posted the comment below:
In true “I hate you so much right now” form, Kelis commented saying this:

And Kelis also responded to him saying: 
Is it me or is someone still a little bit angry? I see how she tries to cover it up with the “lol and smiley face” but you can see the underlying tone. But hopefully Ms. Kelis can focus on her music and not get caught up in the whirlwind of social media. She is expected to drop a new album this September.

Kelis is not bitter, she’s just stating the obvious. He’s a cheater, and she don’t want him back. POW!
I like Kelis never understood the backlash she got from people because of the amount of alimony and child support she was awarded.
Uhhh? If she were angry, it would be rightfully so! The guy disrespected his wife and that’s a sacred relationship.
