Kendrick Lamar is officially off the market. The rapper has confirmed his engagement to his long time girlfriend Whitney Alford. In fact, the couple are said to have been dating for about a decade.
When asked about the engagement during his appearance on Power 105’s “The Breakfast Club,” Friday morning, Kendrick stated, “Yeah definitely.”
“I’m loyal to the soil,” he added. “At the end of the day, you want to always have real people around you, period — whether male or female.”
“Everybody that’s been around me has been around since day one and I can’t change that,” Kendrick continued. “I don’t change for nobody. I can’t run from it. So I always show respect, when respect is given. People that have been by your side, you’re supposed to honor that.”
