Did anyone not see this coming? Well, it took about six months but Liberty Ross has finally filed for a divorce from cheater Rupert Sanders, you know, the guy who had a public make out session with Kristen Stewart? Yup, him.
The model and actress has filed divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court and wants joint custody of their two children, ages 5 and 7. She’s also asking for spousal support and wants her attorney fees paid.
As for Sanders, he’s also seeking joint custody but wants to split the legal fees.
Although rumors have emerged that Robert Pattinson has also dumped his cheating girlfriend there is no official confirmation that the two have not resumed their relationship. In fact, they’ve been spotted together on several occasions since the cheating scandal erupted last summer and during their promotional tour for the final Twilight film, ‘Breaking Dawn’.
