The legendary Madonna took a nasty fall, Wednesday night, during her performance of new single, “Living for Love,” at the 2015 Brit Awards.
One of the singer’s backup dancers was to pull the cape — detaching it from the rest of her outfit. Unfortunately the cape was securely fasten and did not come apart as planned.
Despite the mishap, however, the pop icon showed great showmanship and continued on with the show.
Madge also took to her Instagram profile page to clarify on what went wrong.
Upon sharing an image of her Armani design cape she writes, “Armani hooked me up! My beautiful cape was tied too tight! But nothing can stop me and love really lifted me up! Thanks for your good wishes! I’m fine! …#livingforlove
