Mama Joyce Still Shading Her Son-in-Law Todd Tucker Over Prenup Drama

Just when you thought Mama Joyce and her daughter, Kandi Burruss’ new husband, Todd Tucker, were able to put their differences behind them in time for the wedding over the weekend (Read Here), think again.

Kandi and Todd may have just tied the knot but Mama Joyce is still bad mouthing her new son-in-law. Apparently Mama Joyce didn’t like the way Todd handled himself when it came time to sign the prenup.

It’s no secret that for months, leading up to Kandi and Todd’s wedding, Mama Joyce has been besides herself and has gone as far as accusing Todd of being an opportunist and using Kandi for money.

In a recent interview with Too Fab’s Brian Particelli, Mama Joyce says, “I had no reason to bite my tongue. I’m not gonna be the one to stop her from jumping into the fire. I tried, I did all that ahead of time. Too late for me to pull out of it then, not gonna make a fool outta myself!”

Although she admits the wedding was beautiful she adds, “Long as she’s happy, that’s the one that has to be happy,” she adds. “Doesn’t make no difference if I’m happy or not, she’s the one that has to live with him. I did everything I could do. If she’s jumping in the river with sharks, she’s gonna get chewed up.”

“It’s not about me, whether I’m right or wrong,” she continues. “People show you their best when you’re dating them, so if she’s seeing the best now, the worst is yet to come.”

Mama Joyce also admits to giving a speech following the ceremony. “I said, ‘She looks very happy. I’m happy that she’s happy and I hope that she continues to be happy. I hope she’s always as happy as she was last night,'” she reveals.

Of the prenup and the drama that ensued….

“I got a little pissed at the bridegroom the night before this wedding,” Joyce says. “He kind of held up on signing the prenup and didn’t come to the rehearsal dinner because he didn’t want to sign it.”

“His mom said she didn’t see no reason for him to have to sign because they were in love. He was the one who didn’t have a damn thing, but that’s another story,” Joyce e reveals. “But from what I understand, he did sign.”

Mama Joyce also reveals that she’s working on a tell-all book and will include details surrounding Kandi’s wedding.

“People been asking me about one, so I think I will write one.”

But back to the wedding. Before ending the interview Mama Joyce says, “I can’t wait till you see the wedding pictures … to see how beautiful I was.”
