Miguel was arrested Thursday morning for driving under the influence in California. The 27 year old “Adorned” singer was pulled over by a California Highway Patrol officer for speeding in his 2013 BMW X6 and tinted windows. When officers suspected he was intoxicated he was then given a breathalyzer test.
According to TMZ, after blowing a .10 and .11, over the .08 legal limit in California, he was then taken to a nearby station.
He has since been released on a $5000 bail and is scheduled to make an appearance in court in September.
