Rapper and TV personality, Nelly, was arrested this weekend after drugs were found on the musician’s tour bus.
Although no drugs was found on the rapper himself, he was taken to a Tennessee county jail and booked for possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and guns.
According to TMZ, “Nelly’s lawyer, Scott Rosenblum, tells TMZ, there were 15 to 20 people who had access to the bus prior to the stop and there were multiple people on the bus when cops searched it. Rosenblum seems to take issue with cops on the meth issue, saying “a small quantity of [MDMA/Ecstasy] was discovered.”
“Nelly will not be associated with the contraband that was allegedly discovered,” the musician’s lawyer adds.
We wish the rapper all the best in his legal issues.
