The usually fashion forward Nicole Richie attending the 9th Annula Style Awards in NYC last night, wearing this black revealing Anthony Vaccarello dress paired with a Custome National black double strap pointed toe pumps. She accessorized herself with her own jewelry line ‘House of Harlow’.
