During Sunday night’s ‘Next Chapter’ with Oprah Winfrey ,the Kardashian clan gave one of their more revealing interviews yet, addressing all the rumors about who they really are and what people should know about them.
The first of two interviews became more of a one on one with Kim Kardashian and lady O though. Here’s some of what Kim had to say.
On whether momager Kris Jenner is “pimping” them out Kim answered, “no one will fight harder for you than your own mother”.
On her 72 day marriage Kim says,”I would rather have been beaten up in the media, than live a life that was unhappy”.
She goes on to explain she thought she was in love but wouldn’t call her marriage a mistake but more of a lesson. She says, “if I had known better , I would have done better.”
Could she have waited a bit longer before filing for divorce? Kim says yes. She even advised by friends to wait at least a year but then adds, “in a year , people would have said it only lasted a year”.
On becoming famous because of her infamous sex-tape Kim says, “I think it introduced me to the world [yes] in a negative way…but it made me work ten times harder to get people to see the real me”.
Part 2 of the Kardashian interview, airing next week, will get more personal as Oprah sits down with an expecting Kourtney Kardashian and boyfriend Scott Disick. She’ll also speak with Khloe and basketball hubby Lamar Odom on all those baby rumors. She’ll also ask Kim about her latest romance with rapper Kanye West.
We certainly wouldn’t want to miss that now would we?
