Dwyane Wade‘s ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches, and her legal team can’t seem to catch a break. Dispute over the visitation rights she has with her two sons have come under questioning after two court appointed workers quit the case.
Perhaps, they feel their time could be better spent elsewhere.
Last July, Ms. Funches pretended to be homeless outside Chicago’s homeless center in an attempt to gain media coverage of her custody case with D. Wade.
It worked.
She alleges the Miami Heat player and his legal team used his celebrity status to sway the judge’s ruling in his favor. She also alleges the athlete has not complied with the visitation agreement they’ve agree upon, making things more difficult.
Although, the exes were able to come to a divorce settlement, it’s clear, there are still issues in their custody suit over their two young sons.

Siohvaughn needs in-patient treatment.
I guess she doesn’t want her kids back, she wants him back or wants him to pay.
