What would Snoop (Lion) and John Kerry have in common? We’re not exactly sure, but, the two exchange more than just a few laughs recently during a White House event.
In fact, Snoop was on hand to perform at the 36th annual Kennedy Center Honors ceremony when he and Kerry began discussing jazz musician Herbie Hancock, who was honored that night. He and Kerry must have been in agreement because before stepping away Kerry gave Snoop a pound.
Snoop performed a new rap verse for “Cantaloop (Flip Fantasia),” which samples Herbie Hancock’s own “Cantaloupe Island.”
Upon sharing the video the rapper tweeted, “Boss life. me n john kerry at d white house !!! #reincarnated #khc”
