Remembering Whitney Houston, 1963-2012 [Videos]

To commemorate the life and untimely death of Whitney Houston I’ve put together a video collection of some of her greatest hits. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, it’s sad we pay homage to the greats only once they’ve passed. We often forget the magnitude of their talents and contribution to the entertainment world only when it’s too late.

My fondest memory of Whitney was during a ‘Saturday Night Live’ appearance, promoting her 1996 film ‘The Preacher’s Wife’, in true Whitney fashion, she brought the house down. I don’t know if she knew how much she meant to the music world and how much of an impact she had on many people’s lives, including mine. It was because of Whitney that I fell in love with music. We were all rooting for her to remain strong and get back to who she was. And that voice!!! No one or nothing can be compared to her legacy. We love you!

“I Will Always Love You”

“Dance With Somebody”

“How Will I Know”
