According to her attorney, Donald Etra, Rihana will be subpoenaed and made to testify on June 22nd during ex-boyfriend Chris Brown’s preliminary hearing.
“The judge advised me that there will be a subpoena for Rihanna as a witness at the preliminary hearing….She will definitely comply,” states Etra.
As you may recall, Chris has been charged with battery, assault and making threats against Rihanna when an argument turned violent earlier this year.
I’m sure both Rihanna and Chris will be happy when this is all over. I have to say though that it’s unfortunate things had to turn out this way, they made such a cute couple.
