Rihanna wins again, against a Topshop retailer that is. The singer sued the British company after selling t-shirts using her image under the name “Rihanna Tank” without her permission.
The judge ruled in the singer’s favor after determining that a “substantial number” of consumers were likely fooled into purchasing the shirts because of its false association with the singer.
She was awarded $5 million in her lawsuit. Congrats Riri!
