Rihanna’s Mexican Get Away!

Recent photos from a Mexican getaway shows a visibly torn and heartbroken Rihanna. It’s believed Rihanna actually fled to Punta Mita, Mexico following the violent incident with then boyfriend Chris Brown.
In more recent news, Brown’s court day may be postponed due to lack of evidence against him. One reason perhaps? Rihanna never filed charges against the crooner. A spokesperson from the LAPD states, “We do not have enough evidence and there have been no charges filed on the Chris Brown case,” a spokesperson in the Los Angeles DA’s office tells In Touch. But Chris is not necessarily out of hot water, even if Rihanna never files charges. “If the state gathers up enough evidence, we will press charges with or without her testifying. It is not up to the victim.” With a March 5 arraignment date set in LA for Chris, 19, In Touch has also learned that Rihanna does not have to make an appearance at the courthouse. “She will not have to show up during the arraignment” .
Close Friends to Rihanna believes she and Brown are already on their way to reconciling and therefore isn’t going to file charges against him. I just hope they both seek the help they need to get through this. Whatever they decide. Very sad.
