Well, someone dodged a bullet. Rob Kardashian has avoided jail time on an assault charge by a photographer that claimed Rob attacked her and stole her equipment when she tried to take photos of him at a West Hollywood gym earlier this year.
Although Rob claimed his privacy had been violated because he was on private property at the time, it seems, he’d rather not go to trial and has settled in the civil case with the pap.
The youngest and only male of the Kardashian clan, has instead chosen to cover the cost of photographer, Andra Viak’s equipment he damaged.
A judge will make a final ruling in the case if Viak decides to pursue a criminal case when the two parties head to court on June 7th.
