The new prince to Prince William and Kate Middleton finally has a name! The royal couple have named their son, George Alexander Louis. The news comes just two days since the Duchesses gave birth to the couple’s bouncing baby boy.
The prince’s name was announced via an email from Kensington Palace.
As for what inspired the name? George is also the name of Queen Elizabeth’s dad.
It was announced Monday that the Duchess of Cambridge had gone into labor early that morning. She emerged with her son, alongside the Prince, just one day later as she exited the hospital where she delivered their first born.
