A former body guard, Fernando Flores, has accused the pop star of indecent exposure and abusing her sons Jayden and Sean Preston.
Via her official website the Spears camp has released this statement, “This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself. The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores’ accusations and have closed the case without any further action. Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts.”
One things for sure, it’s a good to see ex-husband and father to Britney’s sons Kevin Federline step in and defend his ex. He calls Flores’ accusations “baseless.”
I’m a bit confused Mr. Flores is claiming to have seen Brit naked and he’s complaining about it? I smell fraud.
