Some recent reports have surfaced suggesting singer and reality TV personality K. Michelle is currently dating US Olympic winning swimmer Ryan Lochte. The two at least know each other we’re sure. On his first Olympic gold medal win the singer tweeted, “And let the whip ass begin @ryanlochte wins his first gold medal . I’m so f**kin proud of u!!!!!”.
Although the rumor is yet to be confirmed, this isn’t the first time K. Michelle has been rumored to be dating an Olympic winning swimmer.
Could K. Michelle have also date Ryan Lochte’s team mate and 2008 Olympic champion Michael Phelps? The rumor began back in 2011 when K. Michelle herself admitted to dating a white guy whose a swimmer with eight gold medals. It was also during a exchange of words with rapper Young Berg who suggested female singers needed to sleep around to get ahead in the music industry. She says this at the 57 seconds mark. Could this shared love interest create further rivalry between the two teammates and current Olympians? Of course not!
On Michael’s 15th gold medal win, which makes him the only Olympian with the most medals (19 total) at just 27 years old, Lochte tweeted,
“Congrats to @MichaelPhelps for making Olympic history again tonight. Glad I had the honor of competing on the same stage as you. #TeamUSA”
The two were even among the men’s swimming relay team, which gave Phelps his 15th gold medal.

The question still remains, however, is K. Michelle and Ryan Lochte currently a couple?
Well, we’ve seen her disclose all her dating woes and bad choices in men on reality show “Love And Hip Hop: Atlanta” these last several weeks. As for Ryan, during a recent interview with Us Weekly his mom stated “He’s too busy! He’s so warmhearted that I don’t think he’d want to have a relationship with somebody.I don’t think he wants to get into a relationship.”
“It just wouldn’t be fair to the girl,” she added. “He doesn’t have the time.”
Well, there you have it ladies. He’s single!
