We’re not sure what sparked a Twitter rant by singer Miguel recently but he has some things to say about black folks and their judgmental ways. Perhaps its the leg drop he performed on a fan a couple weeks ago that he’s still getting criticism for but here’s what the singer had to say.
“Im proud of my heritage but honestly, black people are the most judgmental people in the world. Sh*ts sad man. we’ve been conditioned, pre-programmed to hate ourselves, he continued.
“that’s why I appreciate those who choose to think and act for themselves regardless of ethnicity or culture. the problem can not be fixed until the problem is recognized. Not everyone is the same thank goodness. And obviously, I love all my fans. Of course EVERYONE is judgemental. I just PERSONALLY believe WE are the most critical of our own.”
And, well, there you have it.
Do you agree or disagree with Miguel? We’d love to hear your thoughts!

He is correct…but don’t get mad now because you got clowned for kicking oh girl in the head.
someone said that his song wasn’t about praying to God but praying to something else (Illuminati) and Miguel got pissed
lol Miguel, I can’t take him seriously anymore…he will always be the dude who dropped kicked a fan.
Judgmental perhaps, but humor has been at the core of our culture. I hate when people go on these rants about black people, cause one black person said something mean. If he believes we’re not all the same, then certainly he shouldn’t be saying black people are __________. Undermines his argument.
We are!! It’s sooooo much easier to judge someone than look at you’re own life and actions. More fun too.
That because black folks would have sued his azz for leg drop he did the other day
Miguel sounds like he isnt proud to be half black. He needs to remember that he wouldnt be no where if it wasnt cause of his gans and he do have black fans. You made to the top cause of fans and we can put you at the bottom too. Dont act all high and mighty.
