Keyshia Cole fans get ready! The singer is not only gearing up for her sixth album release, ‘Point of No Return,’ she’s also just signed a deal with BET networks for a new reality series.
The docuseries, a continuation to her former BET reality show, ‘The Way It Is ,’ will give fans the chance to see her transition as a wife to now a single mother while balancing her music career.
In a number of previous interviews, the singer has not only confirmed the split from her her soon-to-be ex-husband and former Cleveland Cavaliers basketball player, Daniel Gibson, but that infidelity issues resulted in the demise of their relationship. She has confirmed that, ‘yes,’ her husband cheating numerous times (Read HERE).
As if the issues within her marriage, or lack there of, wasn’t enough, Cole, an adopted child whose biological mother battles drug addiction, is still dealing with unresolved family issues. In fact, the singer has been estranged from her biological family as a result of those issues. We’re hoping the show will help to resolve some of those ongoing issues.
We’ll also get to see the recording process for Keyshia’s upcoming studio album, “Point of No Return.”
Of the album and her new show, Cole recently unveiled her album artwork above. She adds, “Excited about Oct 7th (release date) album and TV show airs on BET Sept 2nd.”
