Looks We Love: Solange Knowles Navy Blue Polka Dot Mini

We just love the way Solange Knowles can may a simple outfit look good. The singer, known for her vintage fashion sense, was spotted arriving at ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’ in New York City earlier this week.

Knowles brought back polka dots with this navy blue Moschino skirt and blouse outfit. Although, we admit, it wouldn’t work for everyone she manages to pull it off just right. And hey, why not show a little midriff.

And, we’re loving her Elizabeth and James white pumps.
