Last night on “SpillingTea” with Toni, Tracy and Kia we resumed over conversation from last week on women being more submissive and allowing “men to be men”.

We did our signature “Spilling Tea” report of the week’s take on celebrity gossip and brought back our Essence Music Festival contest winner, Spencer Clements, who shared his 2013 Essence Experience.

The conversation also got a little heated over a dispute of using the word submissive and what does it really mean to let a man be a man?
