Terrell Owens Tells Estranged Wife He’s No Gold Digger

Two weeks of wedded bliss and things have gone south for Terrell Owens and his now estranged wife, Rachel Snider.

Snider has not only moved out of the California home they share together and plans to file for a divorce, she is accusing the athlete of using her for money (See HERE).

Owens is now firing back insisting that he is not broke and didn’t marry Rachel for her money. He also adds that he plans to beat her to the punch and file divorce papers.

A rep for the athlete adds, “Money is NOT an issue for Terrell.”

As for the loan the athlete took out to purchase a $2 million home in Sherman Oaks, CA area, the rep insist that Owens is the primary person on the loan.

“Come on, she’s a postal worker,” the rep again added. “Do you really think she’s the primary on the loan?”

Owens is currently out of town working a new show due for release in March. As for what kind of show, the rep refused to release any further details. We wouldn’t be surprised if it was another reality show, however.

The athlete has had his own reality series and was most recently seen on OWN’s “Fix My Life” with Iyanla Vanzant.

Owens plans to file divorce papers when he returns to California while Snider is said to have returned to Texas.
