“That 70’s Show” actress Lisa Robin Kelly has unfortunately passed away at the tender age of 43.

The troubled actress struggled with substance abuse and alcohol addiction, for years, before finally checking into a rehab facility just two days before he death.

On Sunday, her boyfriend rushed her to an emergency room when her blood alcohol level reached a fatal .34, reports TMZ. She was checked into rehab the very next day.

Kelly passed away in her sleep and was later discovered by staff at the Pax Rehab House where she had been staying.

At this time, investigators are calling her death a mystery after ruling out any foul play. There were also no drugs or alcohol found in her room.

The LA County Coroner’s office has scheduled an autopsy.
