Thousands of Drake fans who gathered in NYC’s South Street Seaport were disappointed when news broke that the free Drake concert, organized to coincide with the rappers June 15th album release, was cancelled.
The show, expected to bring out a couple thousand fans, instead brought out approximately 20,000 people! The NYPD who released a statement were simply not prepared the vast amount of people who showed up. Unfortunately for police devoted fans were enraged and stated to riot.
Not prepared? Maybe they should have just held the concert, yuh think?
Drake even took to his twitter page apologizing to his fans for cancelling the show.
