Our favorite twins, Tia and Tamera, will not be returning to their popular reality show, of the same name.
It was Tamera Mowry-Housley who made the announcement on Twitter, New Years Eve, adding, “We are truly blessed:) More than anything I wanted you all to see who I was TRULY as a person and the show Tia and Tamera has done that.”
“Thank you for 3 amazing years of Tia and Tamera. Now… onto my new talk show The Real and some great things I can’t wait to share with u”
“Yes, Tia and Tamera will not have a season 4. Thank you for always supporting us throughout the years,” she continued.
“Tia n I decided it was time 2 live r family lives behind the cameras:) U can still look forward 2 Tia’s Instant Mom n my talk show the real”
The now talk show host also followed up with a tweet on where we can find out more information about “The Real”. She again tweeted, “For more info on my talk The Real follow @TheRealDaytime! Happy New Year’s Eve Guys xoxo”
After a successful trial run over the summer, Mowry-Housley will join singer and reality star Tamar Braxton, comedian Loni Love, Adrienne Bailon, and Jeannie Mai as co-host on the daytime talk show.
As for her twin sister, Tia Mowry-Hardrict, you can catch her on new television series, “Instant Mom”, on Nickelodeon, Sunday nights at 8pm.
Tia also tweeted about her new gig adding, “YES! An ALL NEW #InstantMom to kick off the new year! Tune in Sunday at 8:30pm on @nickelodeonTV” xx”
Congratulations ladies! We will miss your show.

It’s probably best they were really fighting a lot, and Tia just came across as mean to her twin. I get she’s more dominate, but she was also inconsiderate of Tamera’s feelings at times. I loved the show, but maybe the break will help them learn how to support each other better as sisters in certain areas.
