Tracy Morgan has been pretty quiet, in the last few months, since his nearly fatal accident last July. Although his lawsuit against Walmart (for over-working the driver responsible for the accident) is still pending, Morgan has undergone a number of surgeries and is still in physical therapy.
The comedian was recently spotted and there doesn’t seem to be much improvement in his condition. Of his recovery process Morgan says, “I’m fighting everyday.”
