Trayvon Martin‘s stepmother, Alicia Stanley, visited Anderson Live to share her thoughts on George Zimmerman and whether she feels he targeted her stepson because he was black.

Stanley tells Anderson, “I really don’t think it was Zimmerman don’t like black people, or he picked him out because he was black.”

“Did he profile him with the hoodie and stuff like that as this thug, whatever, walking, in Zimmerman’s mind? Yes, but to say that he targeted him because he was black? No, I don’t think so,” she also added.

We’re not quite sure if we agree with what Ms. Stanley had to say. What are your thoughts on the matter?

If the jury wasn’t sequestered, then this would be a brilliant play. I think she’s trying to say “Let’s ignore race and focus on what Zimmerman did”. Sadly, so many people are siding with Zimmerman because of race.

    This case hurts my heart.

I think considering everything, that was very fair of her. I guess we don’t know all the details of the case. It seemed to me he targeted him ..

I strongly believe that he was a target because he was black.
