According to TMZ, Vesta Williams autopsy was officially completed yesterday.
Unfortunately, the cause of death has not be determined. A toxicology report is now underway to determine Williams’ actual cause of death, which could take up to 4-6 weeks.
The R&B singer, 53, who died unexpected last Thursday was found in a LA hotel surrounding by several prescription bottles. No foul play was detected.
