Over the weekend, Vivica A. Fox sat down with Oprah for a “Where Are They Now?” exclusive interview. During the interview things got personal when Vivica revealed, for the first time, her regret about having children and spending too much time dating the wrong kinds of men in her past. She also revealed, however, that she’s become a great godmother as a result of her shortcomings. Fox also discussed how her life has progressed and changed following her successes as an actress.
When Oprah asks Fox outright, “Do you ever miss being a mother?”
“Of course, that’s the biggest regret of my life, that I didn’t have a child,” she says. “I’ll never forget seeing Halle on the red carpet. She just had Nahla, and I said, ‘Wow she’s so beautiful.’ Halle replied, ‘Vivica, if I knew then what I know now, I would’ve had five of them. The joy I see in her eyes is just like no other high that I’ve ever experienced.'”
