Even in death, Whitney Houston reigns as “The Voice” of our generation. The late singer graces the March issue of Rolling Stone magazine, detailing some of her most memorable and fondest moments through out her career.

But it doesn’t end there, Houston has broken another BillBoard record. She’s now the first woman with three albums in Billboard 200’s Top 10. This includes “Whitney: the Greatest Hits” at No. 2 with 174,000 (down less than 1% according to Nielsen SoundScan), “The Bodyguard” soundtrack jumps 38-6 (47,000; up 176%) and “Whitney Houston” at 37-9 (30,000; up 72%).

Whitney’s records can also be found at No. 16 (“I Look to You”), No. 30 (“My Love Is Your Love”), No. 39 (“I’m Your Baby Tonight”), No. 105 (“The Preacher’s Wife”), No. 126 (“Just Whitney”), No. 133 (“Whitney”). And a three-CD bundle at No. 73. it includes “Baby,” “My Love” and “Just Whitney.”

Since the 2 weeks since her passing Whitney has sold 668,000 albums and 2.76 million tracks. Amazing!

Like I always say, unfortunately, it’s sad it takes a person’s death to realize just how much they mean to us and the world.

*Tid Bit* Although toxicology report has not been officially released it’s reported Houston’s death will be ruled an accident as a result of mixing prescription medication.

Rest in peace Whitney.
