Was it me or was it shocking to find out about Barbara Walters affair! I mean, come on she’s Barbara Walters. No one wants to imagine Barbara getting her freak on!
Her book Memoir: Audition goes in to great detail about the affair she had with former Senator t Edward William Brooke III who was married at the time.
She also goes on to discuss her difficulty working as a female anchor and journalist through out her career, working with former co-host Rosie O’Donell and keeping Star Jones gastric bypass surgery a secret.
Jones retaliated by stating to Us Weekly, “It is a sad day when an icon like Barbara Walters in the sunset of her life is reduced to publicly branding herself as an adulterer, humiliating an innocent family with accounts of her illicit affair and speaking negatively against me all for the sake of selling a book.
