Rumors have been circulating for weeks that “Love and Hip Hop” reality stars, Yandy Smith and fiance Mendeecees Harris are expecting their second child together.
Well, the cat is out the bag, the rumors are true!
It was Smith who confirmed the reports herself at the 10th anniversary Circle of Sisters Expo in New York City over the weekend, where she was also a featured panelist.
The news was also shared on Smith’s entertainment and lifestyle website, EverythingGirlsLove.com. The site reports,
Well yes, the rumors are true! Yandy Smith and Mendeecees Harris are expecting their second child together, a daughter! Rumored to be named, Symth Dream Harris, Yandy’s little princess has been resting comfortably with mommy for the last 5 months.
Wow, that was a well kept secret, huh?
And Smith’s doting fiance also shared the news with fans on social media. Upon sharing the above image he writes, “Chilling with my baby Girl Lol (inny)”
Congrats to the happy couple! We can’t wait to see how all this unfolds on the upcoming new season of “Love and Hip Hop: New York.”
Rumor has it, the couple may already have gotten married after Harris’ proposal during season 3. Since that time, Harris was arrested and spent nearly a year behind bars for drug trafficking charges. Since his release earlier this year, there hasn’t been much news regarding the case. There is a possibility, however, that Harris will go on trial sometime later this year or early 2015. If convicted and found guilty he may face more jail time.
The baby girl will join her big brother Omere, 2. Mendeecees also has an older son, Mendeecees Jr., from a previous relationship. We wish the couple all the best!
