Zoe Saldana is officially a mom! The actress and her husband, Marco Perego, have just become parents to not one but two babies, born on Monday Dec. 8.
“Zoe and Marco are delighted, Zoe has been ready to drop for some time and they are both ecstatic to be meeting the twins,” a source close to the couple told the UK Mirror.
“This is a dream come true for both of them and they are absolutely delighted. They have been looking forward [to] this day for the last nine months. Both want a big family so this is the start.”
After months of speculation the actress confirmed her pregnancy last October after news of her pregnancy was leaked to the press.
The couple tied the knot last year in a private ceremony during a trip to Italy.
