2 Chainz Found Not Guilty On Marijuana Possession!

Back in February, 2 Chainz was arrested for possession of a marijuana following a routine stop and search on his way to a concert at the University of Maryland.

Following his arrest, it was later discovered that the rapper’s bodyguard, Harold Folsome, Jr., was actually the person responsible for packing his luggage. At the time, a marijuana grinder and the drugs were found in 2 chainz’s possession. During the brief trial proceedings, Mr. Folsome admitted to packing the luggage but insisted he did not know who the items truly belonged. He stated he had been in a rush, at the time, and hadn’t been paying close attention to what he was placing into the bag.

It was then decided, by the Talbot County District Court judge, that the rapper couldn’t be held responsible for owning the items even though they were in his possession because he hadn’t packed the luggage.

On April 24th 2 Chainz tweeted, “Boxing gloves I beat the trial,” following the ruling.

Guess he’ll be packing his own luggage from now on.
