If you’re able to get your hands on a black and white strip t-shirt even better. Stuff a white pillow case and add a drawing of the $ symbol out the outside and your bank robber attire is complete. Here’s an idea.

2) Rosie the Riveter – This one is pretty simple. A denim top and bottom set or jumper is all you need. Add a red and white handkerchief or bandanna to tie around your head, pose and wallah. You can purchase the head gear at any beauty supply store or chain for about $5-$10, even less.

3) Any Orange is the New Black Character: Have a thrift shop near-by? Pop in and see if you’re able to get your hands of a pair of orange scrubs. Thrift shops are famous for having scrubs handy. Worst case scenario you purchase the orange scrubs set at a surgical or medical supply and clothing store for a higher value. Handcuffs may be a nice touch but not necessary. Here’s what we found on Amazon.

4) A Golden Girl – Another thrift shop friendly find; a floral print dress paired with one of your grandmother’s/grand aunt’s or even your mother’s short grey wig and you’re set. Or you can get temporary grey hair color from your local pharmacy (health and beauty) section. Spruce up the look with a pearl necklace and earrings, white stockings and flats and you’re done. Target has some very affordable options.

6) The Joker – This is really ALL about the makeup. You don’t need a purple or red suit to pull this one off. Just go heavy on the pale/white foundation, exaggerated smile (pink or red lipstick), messy hair, dark eyes, thick eyebrows (pencil them in if you don’t have much), a bright colored blazer, trousers and jacket. Getting the green trenches (hair color) is a nice touch but not necessary. Ebay has some  ideas, check it out.

7) Man/Woman In Black – Perhaps the easiest Halloween costume of them all has got to be the famous MIB attire. Black and white suit; a button up white collar shirt, black jacket and trousers and you’re all set. The final touch? A pair of sunglasses and toy gun.

8) Homeless – Tattered attire/sweats smeared with holes, disheveled hair and worn tennis shoes should do the trick. Some some signage on a piece of cardboard hanging around your neck may be a nice touch.
