Ahhh…. the year was 2000 when Sisqó ‘Unleashed The Dragon’ (his 1999 solo album) with the release of his explosive hit “Thong Song”.
Although it was released in February of that year, the song burned up the charts through out the summer. It even became the unofficial song of Spring Break. Can you imagine the frenzy! Lots of college students partying hard and drinking heavily with girls showing their thongs every time the beat dropped?! A man’s heaven indeed.

The song was also made exclusively for the 2000 film ‘Nutty Professor II: The Klumps’ and was covered on the FOX hit series ‘Glee’ in 2009.
