It’s trouble for another female R&B group. This time two former En Vogue members, Dawn Robinson and Maxine Jones lose the rights to use the group name in promotion or monetary gain for future performances.
Although the two original members of the quartet have departed from the group in the past, this time is permanent.
According to legal docs, a judge granted “EV” founding members Cindy Herron and Terry Ellis the exclusive right to use the name “En Vogue” while performing and touring … after a long, drawn-out legal battle with former bandmates Maxine Jones and Dawn Robinson.

That’s crazy!
It’s sad. Someone close to me worked with one of the members on another project. They’re story is so sad. If they were smart they would band together and sell it, it would make a great movie.
