Chad Johnson Gets Out Of Jail Early!

Chad Johnson was released from a Florida county jail a lot sooner than we all thought. After getting 30 days behind bars for slapping his attorney on the butt during his court appointed hearing a week ago, the judge in the case has granted his request for leniency.

After a week long stint in jail, Mr. Ochocinco is now a free man. The NFL player appeared in front of a Florida judge this morning, still handcuffed, while she revisited the case stemming from his 2012 domestic violence dispute with ex-wife Evelyn Lozada.

Although the judge agreed to release Johnson today, she stood her grounds on extended his probation for another month.

Therefore, Johnson won’t be able to put his legal issues behind him until October 16th.

We hope he’s finally learned his lesson.
