Chris Brown is facing jail time following a hit and run back in May. A Los Angeles judge has just revoked the singer’s probation stemming from his 2009 assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
Although the singer didn’t exactly run from the incident, at the time, he failed to fork over proper documentation to the victim under California law.
The incident has put Brown in jeopardy of actually spending time behind bars this time.
The hit and run is just one of a string of incidences that have put the singer’s life and career in jeopardy since 2008 and if he wasn’t worried before he should be now.
In a court room appearance on Monday, the judge revoked his probation and has ordered the singer to come back to court in August to hear her final judgement.
He faces up to four years in prison, more probation time, or may even be ordered to attend counseling or other forms of help for anger management.

Ironically, the victim is now said to speak on Brown behalf at a court appointed hearing request he not receive any jail time.
