Kelly Osbourne Speaks Drug Addiction With Cosmopolitan Magazine

We’re convinced everyone in Hollywood is on drugs. Newly engaged Kelly Osbourne is the latest celebrity to dish on her substance abuse problems.

“I’ve been to rehab seven times and to two mental institutions,” Kelly tells Cosmopolitan. “My mom even had me put in a padded cell once to scare me, but like a brat, I just sat it out until she said, ‘Well that’s not going to work.’”

Although Kelly had talked about her addiction in the past, it is perhaps the first time she’s admitted to the number of time she’s been to rehab and being put into a mental institution.

We’re glad she was able to overcome her addiction.
