Justin Bieber Arrested For DUI, Drag Racing & Resisting Arrest

Another day another run in with the law for Justin Bieber. The pop star was arrested in Miami, Thursday morning, for suspicion of DUI, drag racing and resisting arrest.

Reports this morning suggest that the singer was not only suspected of driving under the influence, drag racing and belligerent during the entire process, he was also driving on an expired license.

Law enforcement tells TMZ, upon approaching Bieber’s car they believe he had been drinking and on drugs.
“…cops approached Bieber’s car and the instantly realized he reeked of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes. He had a “stupor” look on his face. The police report says … Bieber was defiant from the get go, yelling at the cops, “Why the f**k are you doing this? He also yelled, “What the f**k did I do. Why did you stop me?” When the officer tried to perform a routine pat down, Bieber said, “I ain’t got no f**king weapons, why do you have to search me? What the f**k is this about?”

“Now the basis for the resisting arrest charge — Before the pat down, as Bieber got out of the car, he “kept going into his pants pocket.” The cop ordered him to put his hands on the vehicle, and Bieber initially complied but soon took his hands off the car, turned and then cussed out the cop.”
He was then given a field sobriety test which he failed.

Reports also suggest that Bieber had been driving between 55 and 60 MPH in a 30 MPH residential area. In fact, an anonymous source adds that Bieber, who had been driving a yellow Lamborghini, had the street blocked off to drag race.

Bieber’s friend, the man he’d been drag racing with, was also arrested. It’s now known that that person had been Khalil, a rapper signed to Def Jam records.

The singer is currently in custody and being tested to measure his blood alcohol level. He’ll then be booked and processed and bail will be set.

This is the latest of a string of problems the singer has had with the law recently. The singer’s Calabasas, CA, home was just raided following a house egging incident with a neighbor (See HERE). Although Bieber wasn’t taken into custody at the time, his friend and rapper Lil’ Za was for drug possession.
