Amanday Bynes is seeking attention once again. This time, the troubled actress showed up at her Manhattan Criminal Court appearance wearing a blue wig.

Watch as Bynes makes her grand appearance to face charges of reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence and criminal possession of marijuana. She was charged following her arrest back in  May when a neighbor called police about her odd behavior.

    Personally, I feel as if Amanda is a bit confused. She should be penalized like anyone else for her behavior.
