Beyonce kicked off her “Mrs. Carter Show World Tour” Monday night in Belgrade, Serbia stepping out in a dazzling one piece with breasts and visible nipples. We’re not sure what propelled the singer to done the Emiliio Pucci bodysuit but she was clearly making a statement. Bey’s list of tour designers include Ralph and Russo Couture, Julien McDonald and Dsquared2.
