It shouldn’t come as a surprise that singer Chris Brown will be releasing a mixtape instead of highly anticipated album, “X”. It’s no secret, the troubled singer, whose album was already pushed back twice this year, has been plagued with legal troubles. In fact, the singer recently left a rehabilitation center to gain control of his anger management issues and instead has opted to be treated as an outpatient, going forward.
Much of the singer’s problems has taken focus away from his music and, instead, reeled in on his troubled personal life. However, it’s clear the singer wants all focus to get back to his music. Hours ago he tweeted, “X files mixtape Tuesday NOV 19th, 5 songs.”
He also announced his recent efforts to raise money to aid victims of the Philippines following a devastating typhoon – leaving the country in ruins. The singer again tweeted, “BROOKLYN PROJECTZ today. An amazing turn out. Food drive and donations for the victims in the PHILIPPINES.”
We hope he continues on a more positive path to get his life in order.
