Nearly a week after a rep for singer Chris Brown announced he had voluntarily left a rehabilitation center, a Los Angeles judge has just ordered the singer back to rehab.

In a progress hearing, earlier this afternoon, the District Attorney in the case, provided new information to the judge detailing Brown’s blow up during his previous stay at the rehab facility. Brown previously checked into the rehab center, where he had been dealing with his anger management issues, stemming from his street fight with a man in Washington D.C. back in October.

It also turns out, Brown didn’t voluntarily leave the facility. He was thrown out after getting so angry he began throwing things. In fact, new reports suggest the singer may have thrown a rock threw his mom’s car window, during a family visit, after a disagreement over extending his stay.

Following the incident, the rehabilitation center ordered Brown to leave after only two weeks.

The singer’s sentencing is light considering the D.A. was pushing for Brown’s probation to be revoked and him sent off to jail. It’s no secret, the DA isn’t a big fan of the singer, especially, following his recent street brawl in D.C.

Once in rehab, Brown will also have to undergo mandated drug tests. He is still on probation stemming from his 2009 assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

We truly wish him well.
