Unless you’ve been under a rock, you’ve probably followed all the speculation surrounding Chris Brown and his arrest following a fight with an unidentified man in Washington DC over the weekend.
Brown was held in jail for 24 hours until his release earlier this afternoon.
The singer, still on probation for his assault on Rihanna in 2009, was initially facing a felony charge that could result in a four year sentence.
Thankfully the assault charge was just reduced to a misdemeanor following reports Brown may have not been the cause of the fight.
It seems, the singer’s bodyguard may have been the one to actually throw the first punch when the victim allegedly approach the singer’s tour bus but was not invited to do so.
That may have been the very reason the judge reduced the initially charge. The singer has been ordered to stay at least 100 feet away from the victim.

He still violated his parole. Good luck Chris.
