Newly engaged singer Ciara is still relishing in all the festivities. The songstress, whose still celebrating her 28th birthday, shared several photos while partying it up in Houston.

The singer wore a beautiful one-shoulder sheer black gown with a high slit from Alon Livne’s Fall 2013 Collection. She certainly has the body to pull the look off, don’t you think?
Here the singer is again with a bottle of Moet enjoying the birthday festivities. Again she added, “#MemorableNight #MoetRoseLounge My @MoetNectarRose Birthday bottle is 1 of 1!”. This time, we also get another glance of the singer’s 15 carat engagement ring she unveiled just yesterday.
She’s clearly glowing.
